Business Analysis & Delivery * Business Analyst who owns the specification documents and brings together the inputs from subject matter experts, users and architects. * Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using techniques like workshops, interviews, and data analysis. * Support solution design by translating requirements into user stories, functional specs, or process flows. * Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Post Execution & Implementation Reviews * Lead post-execution reviews to assess whether projects met business goals, timelines, and ROI expectations. * Conduct root cause analysis on underperformance or deviations. * Present review findings and recommendations to stakeholders and governance forums for improvement actions. * Actively maintains a plan and whom is responsible to gather all of the required information to perform discovery. Governance & Compliance * Define and track project and service governance metrics (e.g., SLAs, KPIs, Risk & Controls). * Ensure alignment with enterprise governance frameworks and audit readiness. * Create dashboards and reporting templates for tracking project health and service compliance. Service Improvement & Operational Excellence * Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives using ITIL. * Work with operations and incident/problem teams to identify recurring issues and recommend fixes. * Develop and monitor improvement plans, value realization reports, and benefit tracking
