* Design and development of Automotive sub systems for passenger cars.

* Design using CAD tools Catia V5 and Enovia PLM tool.

* Facilitate & Complete System FMEA for Safety Analysis. Support Component DEMEA for Safety Analysis.

* Functional Safety Validation, Impact Analysis and Make Functional Safety Status recommendation.

* Selection of manufacturing process and design the parts to meet the functional strength and life requirement.

* Generate detail design and 3D models and production release drawings as per OEM requirement.

* Co-ordinate testing, prototyping, validation of various proposals. Co-ordination with Tech-Mahindra Offshore Design Centres in India and suppliers.

* Manufacturing feasibility analysis and responsible for engineering solutions.

* B-releasing activity in Bentley System.

* Cost optimization of the designed parts. Drafting PDM’s.

1. Project Coordination

* Responsible for providing organisational support such as arranging meetings and preparation of departmental newsletters.

* Create, coordinate and maintain the status of strategic projects with relevant managers,

* highlighting any risks

* Make decisions on routine matters to support project

* Co-ordination of project communications

* Ensure confidentiality of project matters

* Co-ordinate project when manager is off site

2. Develop and Maintain

* Develop and maintain regular reporting and database information

* Prepare and ensure accurate and timely generation and distribution of project information

* Produce presentations/ or reporting, and provide administrative support to ensure task co-ordination and consistency

3. Planning and Analysis

* Coordinate data to support project planning forecasting

* Responsible for forecasting, monitoring and controlling of products

* Co-ordinate any re-forecasting activities and support/advise on negotiations

* Engagement of any stakeholders supporting delivery to project requirements

* Responsible for identifying any issues or risks affecting daily operation project, and recommend remedial action

4. Project Work/Continuous Improvement Activity

* Data analysis of processes, supporting recommendations for improvement

* Other project /engagement activities support as directed
