We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in modern Front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical skills, proven experience in delivering scalable applications and the ability to lead development efforts end to end and code.
Location: Sacarborogh Canada
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back‑end team and QA.
- Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient Front‑end systems.
Technical Skills Required:
- Back‑end: Node.js, Express.js, PHP.
- Other Skills: Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem‑solving abilities.
- Nice to have: Banking Experience.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
- Proven track record of building and deploying full‑stack applications at scale.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The pay range for this role is $110,000–$115,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
