A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position. We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst immediately with experience in ServiceNow and Business Analysis.
Job Summary
Business Analyst – Senior (5 to 7 years of work experience in Requirements Analysis).
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and customer workshops to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Create overall technical architecture, including design documentation, process, and task flows based on user needs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and Software Engineer to create intuitive, user‑friendly software.
- Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.
- Leverage prior experience in Data Migration.
- Assess and anticipate user/customer needs, expectations, and pain points based on ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide empirically based, prioritized, actionable recommendations for improving the user/customer experience.
- Conduct review sessions to gain approval of requirements and manage changes through standard control processes and tools.
- Create and maintain written and project‑related artifacts for any development methodology.
- Apply conflict management skills.
- Have experience in Integration or Transformation programs (added advantage).
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Requirements Analysis.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Business Analysis.
- Experience designing and delivering consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Data Migration.
- Experience in Integration or Transformation programs.
- Strong conflict management skills.
Pay Range and Benefits
The pay range for this role is CAD $115,000 – $125,000 per annum, including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits such as medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave as required by law).
