We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on Agentic AI Development. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of program management experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and deploying advanced AI systems. This role requires a deep understanding of agent-based models and the ability to create intelligent systems that can operate autonomously in complex environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Design, develop, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in Agentic AI and apply findings to real-world applications.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience in Agentic AI Development, including knowledge of agent-based modeling and autonomous systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.,TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.
