Job Description – Fanuc Robotics Trainer Role:
- 8+ years of Fanuc robotics experience with prior training/instructor experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led Fanuc robotics training to operators, technicians, and engineers.
- Conduct training on robot operation, setup, programming, troubleshooting, safety, teach pendant usage, robot motion, coordinate systems, and frames.
- Develop and customize training content, exercises, training aids, and practical sessions.
- Deliver process-specific training related to robotic applications such as welding, blasting, and inspection.
- Assess trainee competency and identify skill gaps.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand training objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning programs.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robots.
- Expertise in robot operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering classroom and hands-on technical training.
- Experience developing training materials and practical exercises.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Manufacturing or shop-floor experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Aerospace or MRO environments.
- Exposure to robotic welding, blasting, and inspection applications.
- Experience as a Robotics Trainer, Instructor, or SME.
