Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with expertise in AI and automation, specifically with a strong focus on Selenium. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, Restful API automation, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive end to end test strategies for our clients. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure the delivery of high quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing team in the development and execution of test strategies for AI driven applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet required performance benchmarks.
- Automate Restful API testing to validate functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define testing scope.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for automation and performance testing.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing tools and technologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Expertise in Selenium for automated testing.
- Strong experience in performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in Restful API automation.
- Solid understanding of end to end testing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
