Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in order management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities, particularly in relation to order management processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to order management.
- Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow development teams.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance order management efficiency.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications related to order management.
