We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in order management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities, particularly in relation to order management processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to order management.
- Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow development teams.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance order management efficiency.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications related to order management.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on order management functionalities. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond order management, such as Incident Management, Change Management, or Asset Management. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Certifications related to ServiceNow or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. ~10-15 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. ~ Demonstrated experience in order management processes and systems.
