- Drive end-to-end solution sales for IT, data, and AI offerings tailored to biopharma clients across the value chain.
- Lead consultative discovery engagements to identify client pain points, unmet needs, and transformation opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling, domain-led solution pitches to CXO and senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, Head of R&D, Commercial leaders).
- Translate clinical trial optimization, regulatory compliance, digital manufacturing, omnichannel engagement into actionable solution propositions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital, data, and AI transformation.
- Track and incorporate latest life sciences trends (AI in drug discovery, real-world evidence, digital therapeutics, patient-centric models) into sales strategy.
- Develop thought leadership assets (whitepapers, POVs, executive presentations) to position the organization as a domain-led innovator.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences value chain: drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Proven experience in solution selling for IT, digital, data, and AI-led transformation programs in biopharma.
- Ability to articulate complex AI and data-driven solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, clinical data platforms) in business terms.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing large deal cycles.
