Hybrid 3 or 4 days per week work from office Job Description – Fanuc Robotics Trainer Role: Fanuc Robotics Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) Experience: 8+ years of Fanuc robotics experience with prior training/instructor experience preferred. Deliver instructor-led Fanuc robotics training to operators, technicians, and engineers. Conduct training on robot operation, setup, programming, troubleshooting, safety, teach pendant usage, robot motion, coordinate systems, and frames. Develop and customize training content, exercises, training aids, and practical sessions. Deliver process-specific training related to robotic applications such as welding, blasting, and inspection. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand training objectives. Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning programs. Expertise in robot operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting. Experience delivering classroom and hands-on technical training. Experience developing training materials and practical exercises. Exposure to robotic welding, blasting, and inspection applications. Experience as a Robotics Trainer, Instructor, or SME.
