In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to identify automation solutions and streamline processes for greater efficiency. You will work closely with cross‑functional dev teams to pinpoint opportunities for automation, document end‑to‑end processes, and create value stream maps that can be translated into actionable user stories.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and concise user stories.
- Create wireframes for user stories as part of the Definition of Ready, write acceptance criteria using BDD, ensure a healthy backlog, prepare value statements for PI planning, and work with the development team to ensure that user stories are implemented correctly and meet business requirements.
- Support release schedules, including UAT with business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation across various functions and processes; analyze and evaluate current processes to determine feasibility and ROI of automation; develop and implement automation solutions using Lean methodologies; monitor and continuously improve automated processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Map end‑to‑end processes to understand process flow and develop value stream maps to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Mentor junior ABA team members.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles, including creating as‑is and to‑be end‑to‑end process value stream mapping.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.
- Ability to write user stories from requirements provided by stakeholders.
- Ability to write acceptance criteria for requirements to be classed as Definition of Ready.
