Are you a strategic closer with a passion for sustainability? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will be managing sophisticated, end-to-end sales cycles for high-value inbound leads. You will act as a consultant to UK businesses, helping them navigate the transition to green energy through our innovative salary sacrifice solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process for inbound leads, moving from initial discovery to contract execution.
  • Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to the specific needs of HR Directors, CFOs, and C-Suite executives.
  • Utilise the MEDDICC framework to qualify opportunities, identify champions, and navigate complex procurement processes.
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to refine our roadmap based on real-world objections.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success.
About You
  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven closing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex financial and tax-based solutions (salary sacrifice) in a simple, compelling way.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN) is highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by both commission and mission-driven work.
