As a BSS / OSS Assurance Lead supporting LA International in Stratford or Hursley, UK, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of specialist oversight for supplier assurance, OSS/BSS solution readiness validation, integrated assurance planning, and end-to-end programme milestone execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading assurance, testing, validation, and service acceptance activities across multiple suppliers, assessing risks, identifying assurance gaps, and providing actionable recommendations to programme leadership, coordinating stakeholder engagement across complex delivery environments, ensuring adherence to end-to-end integration, BSS, OSS, and associated business processes, managing supplier governance and reporting frameworks, supporting live service transition activities, and operating under a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week onsite. Given the nature of the engagement, active UK Security Check (SC) clearance is preferred, though eligible candidates willing to undergo SC clearance vetting are warmly welcomed. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive assurance activities across OSS/BSS-related deliverables, suppliers, and end-to-end programme outcomes within the Integrated Assurance function.
• Direct testing, validation, verification, and service acceptance activities across multiple complex technology suppliers.
• Assess programmatic and technical risks, identify assurance gaps, and formulate strategic recommendations for programme leadership.
• Manage supplier assurance activities, stakeholder engagement, and governance reviews across multi-supplier delivery environments.
• Ensure robust adherence to end-to-end integration, BSS, OSS, and associated telecommunications business processes.
• Provide specialist oversight of supplier readiness, integrated assurance planning, and milestone execution.
• Drive strong reporting, governance, and assurance planning across high-visibility government transformation initiatives.
• Support live service transition, mobile services provisioning, billing, inventory, and service management workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience within OSS/BSS environments, telecommunications, or large-scale technology transformations.
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise leading assurance, testing, validation, and service acceptance across multiple suppliers.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of end-to-end integration, BSS, OSS, and associated enterprise business processes.
• Solid practical experience managing supplier assurance, stakeholder engagement, and risk identification in complex delivery programmes.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, governance, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure government conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive stakeholder presentation abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in the UK and willingness to work on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite per week) in Stratford or Hursley.
