You'll create compelling video content from concept to delivery, working across a wide variety of formats while collaborating with producers, marketers and subject matter experts.
This is an exciting opportunity to transform some of the world's most complex business ideas into engaging, visually compelling content that informs, entertains and inspires. - Thought leadership and executive content
- Employee‑generated content (EGC)
- Event coverage
- Explainer videos
- Podcast and interview content
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Content Creation & Production- Develop creative concepts and visual stories that deliver against communication objectives while engaging audiences.
- Plan, shoot and edit video content across multiple formats and styles.
- Build strong narratives with compelling hooks, pacing and storytelling techniques.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment and production rigs across a variety of filming environments.
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with opportunities to develop your motion graphics skills in After Effects.
- Apply colour grading, sound design, graphics and visual effects to produce polished, high‑quality content.
- Ensure all work meets Bain's quality standards, brand guidelines and accessibility requirements before review.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends across social platforms and translate them into creative ideas that feel fresh and relevant.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative treatments with a creator mindset.
- Balance creativity with strategic thinking to ensure every piece of content achieves its purpose while reflecting Bain's brand.
- Use AI tools throughout the creative process, from ideation and scripting to production and post‑production.
- Continuously explore new technologies and SaaS tools that improve efficiency and creative quality.
- Share learnings and best practices with the wider team to help evolve our approach to AI‑powered content creation.
- Build strong relationships with producers, marketers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly throughout projects, managing expectations and identifying potential challenges early.
- Estimate production timelines accurately and contribute to efficient project planning.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high creative standards.
About You
You’ll have 2-4 years' experience creating video content from concept through to final delivery, ideally with a strong emphasis on social-first content.
You May Have Built Your Experience In
- An in‑house creative or marketing team
- A production or post‑production company
- A creative or brand agency
- As a freelance creator with a diverse portfolio
A degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related discipline is beneficial but not essential. We're far more interested in your portfolio, creativity and technical ability than your formal qualifications.
What You'll Bring
Creative Storytelling- You know how to tell stories that connect with audiences. You're curious, imaginative and understand what makes content resonate beyond simply following trends.
- You're confident operating professional camera, lighting and audio equipment, and can adapt your approach to different environments and production requirements.
- You have strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience creating content across multiple formats. You're comfortable with colour grading, audio editing, motion graphics and visual effects, with growing experience in After Effects and AI‑powered creative tools.
- You can independently execute creative briefs, organise shoots and confidently work with contributors to capture engaging content.
- You take pride in producing polished work, ensuring every edit, frame and audio mix meets a high standard while adhering to brand guidelines.
- You're comfortable managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and adjusting quickly when priorities change.
