Who You\'ll Work With
You\'ll join Bain's Global Marketing team, working within the Corporate Relations function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Relations, you\'ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Market Reputation, Practice Marketing, Marketing Events, Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video, Internal Communications, and other global teams to strengthen Bain\'s presence across leading international forums and institutional partnerships.
- WHERE YOU\'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
- As a Senior Specialist, Corporate Relations, you\'ll help deliver Bain\'s priority external sponsorships and institutional relationships, including the World Economic Forum (WEF), Business Roundtable (BRT), Conferences of the Parties (COP), and other global leadership platforms.
- You\'ll play an important role in supporting engagement strategies across these forums, ensuring Bain\'s participation is coordinated, aligned with firm priorities, and delivers meaningful value for stakeholders.
This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.
- What You\'ll Do
- Support the activation and execution of Bain\'s global sponsorships and institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate regional partnership activities, including initiatives connected to the World Economic Forum, Summer Davos, COP, and other leadership forums.
- Partner with Market Reputation teams to plan and deliver regional engagement programs aligned with global strategy.
- Support planning for the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, helping identify opportunities for Bain leaders to participate in sessions, forums, and partner events.
- Coordinate executive participation, ensuring engagements are well planned, aligned with objectives, and delivered to a high standard.
- Prepare executive briefings and engagement materials for senior leaders.
- Monitor project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and help ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Support partnership reporting, data collection, and continuous improvement efforts by developing scalable tools, templates, and processes.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video, Practice Marketing, Market Reputation, Marketing Events, and Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact execution.
- Identify emerging opportunities and risks, escalating them appropriately to support effective decision-making.
About You
We\'re looking for someone who brings strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management, and experience supporting complex external partnerships.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately five or more years of relevant professional experience, ideally within management consulting and involving sponsorships, partnerships, or event management.
- Experience supporting large-scale external engagements, such as the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, sponsorship programs, or comparable global initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on global programs.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sponsorship value.
- Interest in global leadership forums such as WEF, COP, and similar organizations.
- Willingness to travel for key global and regional meetings.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business-to-business marketing, professional services, or agency environments.
WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid working model and requires a minimum of two days per week in our London office.
