Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join our global Consultant Recruiting team, working closely with recruiters, consulting staff, and cross‑office stakeholders to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across offices and functions to support recruiting strategy, campus engagement, and global hiring initiatives.

Where You’ll Fit Within the Team

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our MBA recruiting efforts, helping to deliver our Summer Associate and Consultant programs. You’ll be at the center of the recruiting process—coordinating candidate interactions, managing events, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support end‑to‑end recruiting efforts across MBA campuses and global programs, ensuring smooth execution and strong candidate engagement. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating relationship management efforts, including identifying priority candidates and facilitating connections with Bain employees throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Managing candidate communications, including responding to inquiries and maintaining timely, professional correspondence.
  • Supporting on‑campus recruiting activities, including scheduling events, coordinating coffee chats, and tracking engagement.
  • Organizing and distributing recruiting and marketing materials to universities and student organizations.
  • Planning and executing recruiting events (virtual and in‑person), including invitations, registration, logistics, and follow‑up.
  • Partnering with global teams to align on event logistics and recruiting initiatives.
  • Supporting internal recruiting operations, including team events and learning initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and event data in recruiting systems (e.g., Avature).
  • Assisting with reporting and analysis of recruiting outcomes, including yield and school performance.
  • Acting as a point of contact for consulting staff regarding recruiting activities and logistics.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality, error‑free work.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR systems or databases.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or evenings as needed.
  • 2 days a week in office minimum.
