- Establish and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with waterfall methodologies and client-specific requirements.
- Develop and implement terms of reference for the the PMO function.
- E nsure robust processes are in place for document management, risk and issue management, schedule management, and change management.
- Lead program cadence activities, including governance, scheduling and facilitating regular meetings, project reviews, and progress updates.
- Facilitate the weekly Programme Leadership Meeting (agenda, actions, decisions, follow-ups).
- Own development and maintenance of the POAP and integrated deployment plan, including dependency management and change control for key milestone changes, working with delivery and Workstream Leads.
- Drives the implementation of tooling to automate PMO activities.
Requirements
- Experience working independently within PMO.
- Demonstrable PMO management and build experience.
- Operational delivery and strategic expertise.
- Competent data literacy with ability to analyse, interpret and present data confidently.
- Previous financial services industry experience.
