Manage business process initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving quick-wins.

Engage with stakeholders groups to gather and document business requirements.

Conduct process mapping to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in future-state processes.

Develop business cases to support project proposals.

Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients go through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it delivers on client expectations.

Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow-ups and tracking project milestones and timelines.

Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop.

Requirements:

  • Business analysis, process, and experience design skills across the lifecycle of technology implementation.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical details and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality documentation and design.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, agile and design methodologies.
