  • Manage business process initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving quick-wins.
  • Engage with stakeholders groups to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct process mapping to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in future-state processes.
  • Develop business cases to support project proposals.
  • Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients goes through a User Acceptance Testing.
  • UAT to ensure it delivers on client expectations.
  • Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow ups and tracking project milestones and timelines.
  • Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop.
  • Previous experience with D365 is essential.
