Do you have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy collaborating with other team members? We are looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to join the sales team of an automotive business based in Leamington Spa. This role is key in the sales team to ensure all documentation is correct when distributed to the wider business. Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be key, as well as proficient with picking up new systems. The role is based in the office 4 days a week (1 day work from home) and is 37h pw (Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-1pm). Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical administrative support to the sales team Manage databases and handling relevant documentation Use various company systems, Avante, Teamcenter, Vehicle build, Teams Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking meetings for internal teams and external suppliers/customers. Get involved and work on an array of projects Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Liaise with internal and external parties and gain updates/timeframes Devise and assist with the creation of engineering documentation Drafting reports and support in meetings General ad-hoc duties relevant to the position Develop the efficiency and speed of quick response quoting and job processing
