Radar Systems Engineer | Permanent, Hybrid | Saffron Walden, UK Our client is an electronics and technology SME operating in the field of aerospace, defence and government, involved in the design and sale of electronic-scanning ground radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will maximise the performance and characteristics of our client\’s radars, guiding implementation and defining key parameters for their RF, DSP and software teams. Working closely with our client’s Senior Engineering team to develop new radar products * Taking responsibility for aspects of the system design of the radar including specifying the hardware architecture, RF performance characteristics, waveform design and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms * Your tasks will also include radar trials analysis and preparation of antenna calibration data for the range of radars.
