Tech Connect Group has partnered with an automotive component manufacturing business based in Banbury to assist with their search for an organised, commercially minded Sales Administrator.
Reporting to and working alongside the Commercial Director, you are directly responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales function.
This role blends sales support, CRM administration and some elements of business development.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to develop, progress, and grow within a business undergoing expansion and modernisation.
This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
Key responsibilities: Proactively track live opportunities, chase outstanding actions, and serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and the Commercial Director to keep deals moving forward.
Maintain total accuracy of Hub Spot (contacts, deals, and pipeline), ensuring records are clean and producing regular sales reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with the production team to gather technical specifications and costings, compiling complex, accurate quotations for bespoke composite products.
Manage the Commercial Director s diary, schedule travel/meetings, and handle day-to-day sales administration to keep the function running smoothly.
Produce professional, on-brand presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials while maintaining a structured library of templates and case studies.
