Production Manager

🚀 We're Hiring: Production Manager – Body & Chassis

📍 Warwick | 💼 Full-Time

💰 £60,000 + Overtime + Monthly Bonus (~£200) + Annual Bonus (£1,000)

🎯 OTE: £70k+

We're looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our Body & Chassis line – managing people, process, and performance in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

👷‍♂️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of 6 direct reports, with 150+ indirect staff including Welders, Fitters, and Electrical Technicians
• Ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and operational efficiency on a single production line
• Reporting directly to the Head of Production
• Driving accountability and performance while managing grievances professionally
• Communicating across all levels – from the shop floor to senior leadership
• Upholding rigorous ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards and managing H&S (IOSH required)

🧠 What We're Looking For:

• Proven production line leadership experience – ideally single-line management
• A strong people manager
• Practical experience in Body & Chassis or similar industrial environments
• Diploma, Degree, HNC or equivalent in an engineering/technical discipline
• Comfortable outside large corporate environments – experience in flexible, quality-led settings preferred
• IOSH certified, and confident managing safety on the floor
• Open to industry backgrounds – we value transferable skills and real-world leadership
