Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: between £38,000 - £45,000 pa DOE
We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Production Engineer to join our client in Worksop. In this role, you will be the vital link between Production and Engineering, streamlining processes, introducing new technologies, and solving real-world manufacturing challenges. From improving productivity and quality to supporting prototype builds and creating process documentation, your work will shape how our client delivers excellence.
What you will bring:
- A degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, manufacturing processes, and digitalisation
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
