Hourly Rate: 18.50/hour + overtime rates
Abundant Overtime: Paid at Tx1.5 after 40 hours. Available during the week, Fridays and sometimes Saturdays.
Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Production Co-Ordinator to oversee the electrical department at a busy automotive manufacturing company in Worksop. You will be the go-to person for guidance, problem-solving, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met - managing a team of between 8-10 people. The company has just completed a record year and has a full order book stretching over 2 years. As a result, there is excellent earning potential with abundant overtime available as the company continues to grow.

- Coordinate daily tasks and support team members

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership position (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing and/or workshop environment (essential)
