Overview: We are looking for an Electrical Fitter to join a busy automotive manufacturing customer in Worksop. This is a practical role where you will be responsible for assembling and fitting hydraulic systems to high standards, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality expectations in line with BS EN ISO 9001. The company has just completed a record year and has a full order book stretching over 2 years. As a result, there is excellent earning potential with abundant overtime available as the company continues to grow.
What you will do:
- Read and interpret hydraulic drawings
- Carry out hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly
- Take ownership of your own quality and workmanship
- Promote good housekeeping and follow all health and safety procedures
- Support team members and assist with planning and continuous improvement
- Be flexible and willing to move between departments as needed
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive, can-do attitude
