This is a fantastic opportunity for someone NEBOSH qualified (or working towards it) to drive positive change whilst heading up the HSE team.
This business is going through an exciting period of growth, securing multiple long-term projects.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the site s Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, ensuring full compliance with legislation, updating policies, and monitoring key metrics.
Conduct regular safety audits, lead incident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis, and manage risk assessments.
Provide expert HSE advice, develop and deliver engaging training programs, and support managers in cultivating a strong, positive safety culture.
Monitor environmental compliance, support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the main liaison for external regulators and auditors (with travel to the other sites).
