Please note: this role will initially be office-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and handle reconciliations.
- Bring your tech enthusiasm to the table by helping us explore and implement AI tools to improve our accounting workflows.
- Liaise professionally and directly with customers, as needed, on accounts and queries.
- Take the initiative on routine finance tasks and support the broader team as we get things done.
Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience using Xero is essential.
- A self-starter with strong initiative who isn't thin-skinned and thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.
- Someone with a sharp mind who enjoys tackling challenges independently and thinking outside the box.
- Eager to grow professionally, learn new skills, and potentially pursue or continue financial qualifications.
