We currently have a vacancy for a dyno technician to support our engineering team – bench testing high performance engines.

Based near Wokingham, Berkshire, our advanced automotive client is a company synonymous with high performance engine development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be supporting all aspects of engine and hub dyno operation and possess the ability to learn and understand dyno installation, engine testing and operating systems. Poses an understanding of engine management technology. Be confident and willing to learn engine mapping. Understand wiring diagrams. Be experienced in fault finding diagnosis. Familiarity with using engine dynamometers would be beneficial. Familiarity with using hub dynamometers would be beneficial. Experienced in engine/dyno installation would be beneficial. Poses the ability to read & understand technical instructions. Must be PC literate. Confident in producing written reports.
