Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic business? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities. This part-time role offers the flexibility to transition into a full-time position as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing and processing payment runs.
- Handling expense claims and ensuring proper documentation.
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT returns.
- Reconciling Control Accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Required Experience and Expertise:
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
