Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic business? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities. This hybrid, part-time (approx 25 a week) role offers the flexibility to transition into a full-time position as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
Preparing and processing payment runs.
Handling expense claims and ensuring proper documentation.
Performing weekly bank reconciliations.
Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT returns.
Reconciling Control Accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Required Experience and Expertise:
AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
Some experience with payroll processes is advantageous.
