Our automotive manufacturing client is recruiting for a Contract Manager to join their team. Are you a skilled and dedicated professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? As a Contract Administrator, you\’ll provide administration support, ensuring detailed and accurate records of all work activities are maintained. Your responsibilities will include: * Job Card Management: Raise job cards, populate technicians’ time bookings, and finalise parts used and hours charged. * Documentation: Collate and check technicians’ documentation, close completed jobs, and review and process service invoices and credits. * Warranty Claims: Create, monitor, and process warranty claims, and collate reports as requested. * System Updates: Update internal systems with vehicle details, service history, and work progress. What We\’re Looking For: * Essential: Knowledge of call handling and administration, customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong communication skills, ability to maintain high output levels, and stay focused under pressure. * Desirable: Experience in the HGV & waste industry, previous transferrable experience. Role: Contract Administrator Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
