About Us

Our customer supports micro and SME engineering and technology businesses in growing within key sectors, helping with everything from strategy reviews and market assessments to lead generation and sales planning.

As our client list grows, we\’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Swindon and help expand our services.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients whilst managing 2-3 key client accounts
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
  • Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead prospecting efforts and arrange meetings for client accounts
  • Develop business collateral and commercial documents
  • Work with partners to enhance services
  • Support clients at trade shows and events
  • Help identify new business opportunities and strategic partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of working in an engineering environment (Defence, Aerospace & Space)
  • Proficient in MS Office & SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
