We are seeking motivated Composite Laminators to join our expanding, high-performance manufacturing team in Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity for both early-career and experienced composite professionals who take pride in producing high-quality components to exacting standards.
The Role
As a Composite Laminator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing advanced composite components, supporting production during weekday shifts. Your responsibilities will include laminating, vacuum bagging, mould preparation, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture composite laminated components following laminate schedules, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform laminating, vacuum bagging, and mould preparation activities to a high standard.
- Prepare, maintain, and repair moulds as required.
- Operate autoclaves and adhere to established production processes and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a safe working environment, complying with all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Support other production activities and departments as needed.
- Identify potential issues and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator.
- Strong knowledge of composite manufacturing processes and materials.
- Experience with vacuum bagging and autoclave operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Information
Experienced Laminators required. Day shift rate: Up to £18 per hour. Night shift rate: Up to £18 per hour plus a 20% uplift. Experience in Formula 1 and motorsport is highly desirable. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
