A varied and interesting position to work with GIBBSCAM, the world’s leading CAM software for professional designers and engineers – Helping a broad range of customers get the most out of their investment. You will have the opportunity to learn the software to the very highest level, so we can provide exceptional service to our customers. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for working as part of our award winning technical team. You will be working with customers and responding to solve detailed technical and manufacturing problems in using GIBBSCAM software. You will also be required to undertake Training of customers by understanding their manufacturing process and recommending best practices for utilizing GIBBSCAM effectively. Progression into product demonstrations, where you will showcase the extensive capabilities of GIBBSCAM to potential customers.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Engineering experience gained in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of CAM and 3D CAD Systems, ideally GIBBSCAM, EDGECAM, SolidCAM, HyperMILL, SOLIDWORKS and Fusion 360
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi task and be a clear concise communicator
- Willingness to be flexible and to travel as required
- Creative and a Team player
- Driving license required
This is a hybrid working role requiring working from our office in Alcester combined with working from home.
