Techbuildr is currently recruiting for a leading provider of cutting edge Trademark and Brand Protection SaaS solutions. Our client is revolutionising the way businesses protect their trademarked products, providing a better and safer environment for our clients' brand customers and in turn their consumers.
Our client is recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role you will be tasked with retaining and growing revenue across a select group of mid-enterprise DACH accounts. You will be tasked with migrating customers on to our client's brand new AI driven Trademark platform as well as up/cross selling across the solution set. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in building long-term, trusted relationships while driving customer satisfaction and growth.
To be considered for this Account Manager DACH position you must be/have:
- Proven experience in Account Management within the SaaS industry (experience in Trademark or Brand Protection is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the DACH market and its business landscape, with fluency in German and English.
- Experience growing spend within an account set and consistent sales performance against quota.
- A consultative approach with the ability to diagnose challenges and propose effective solutions.
This role requires international travel and you must be fluent in German language to be considered.
