Sales Development Representative (SaaS) 35k Basic, 10K to 15K Commission, Benefits Oxfordshire (Hybrid working, 2 days per week office).

This is a new business sales role, to work for an award winning consulting and software business, who have seen rapid growth in the past 3 years. Based in Oxfordshire, they have a range of Professional Consulting solutions, plus a unique SaaS platform, used by businesses in Scientific, Chemical and Engineering sectors, to help optimise their production and enhance innovation, safety and compliance.

As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads and booking sales qualified meetings with potential customers, for an Account Executive to attend and close. You will be led and mentored by a VP of Sales with a wealth of experience scaling sales and marketing teams. You will also have lots of support from Marketing and access to tools such as LinkedIN Sales Nav and ZoomInfo to ensure you are set up for success. Should you be successful in the role you will have the opportunity to progress into an Account Executive role.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:

  • 6 to 12 months in an outbound B2B prospecting role, preferably for a consulting or tech business.
  • A demonstrable track record of target achievement.
  • Access to a car, happy to access an office, south of Oxford.
