You'll lead a talented Commercial Sales team while carrying your own number.

You'll coach, challenge and inspire—but you'll also be in the trenches, building pipeline, winning customers and showing the team what great looks like.

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Commercial Sales team.
  • Owning your own revenue target and consistently delivering against it.

  • Building pipeline across the UK while supporting expansion into Europe and the USA.

Working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to continuously improve how to win customers.

Who you are

You probably have

  • A proven track record of exceeding targets within Saa S, Software or Med Tech sales.
  • Experience leading, mentoring or managing sales professionals.
  • Confidence selling consultatively into commercial or healthcare environments.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • A coaching mindset—you enjoy seeing other people succeed.
  • The energy and resilience that comes with building something exciting.

Experience selling internationally, particularly into Europe or North America, would be a real advantage but isn't essential.
