We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our Technical & Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company's IT systems. Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure.

Qualifications
