Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF) is seeking a Systems & Infrastructure Lead to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for systems, technology, and the desire to be part of a team delivering world‑class experiential work. This is a mid‑level, hands‑on role focused on building, maintaining and optimising the technical foundations that underpin the company’s activity.
You will take ownership of core systems and processes across the studio, ensuring they are robust, efficient, well‑documented and scalable. Working closely with creative, technical and production teams, you will help establish best practices, strengthen infrastructure and streamline the workflows that support development and delivery.
Details:
- This role is full time and may involve amounts of national & international travel.
- The role is based at the MLF Studio (Hackney Wick, London), hybrid working can apply where it fits with workload and project pipeline.
- We operate flexible working hours, inline with project needs and travel requirements.
- Holiday at 25 days per year.
- Salary dependent on experience, in the region of £50,000.
