Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects using Agile methodologies for on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation, develop project plans, and track progress.
  • Implement change management and measure project performance.
  • Conduct project kick-offs, define roles, and manage budgets.
  • Lead multiple projects, handle tracking, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Conduct reviews and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
  • Step in as a Scrum Master when necessary to facilitate communication, collaboration, and consensus-building within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Build strong relationships and foster open communication.
  • Identify and secure necessary resources.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques, and report or escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Partner with technical leads to define solutions.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and their project applications.
  • Monitor code reviews and deployment processes.
  • Drive technical discussions and scoping meetings to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports.
  • Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Software Industry.
  • Proven experience in technical project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PSM, CSM) preferred.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with FinTech, Fantasy Sports, Hospitality, and Marketplace domains (a plus).
  • Knowledge of Blockchain, AI/ML, Data Engineering technologies, and GCP/AWS/Azure (a plus).
