Job Overview

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing tailored IT infrastructure and cloud solutions for our clients. You will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements, develop comprehensive solutions, and craft detailed technical proposals that address their needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and a proactive mindset to deliver value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Design bespoke IT infrastructure, Datacenter and cloud solutions, including network architecture, virtualization, and hybrid cloud setups.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, and others.

Proposal Development:

  • Create detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and cost estimations.
  • Write persuasive content showcasing Teceze’s value proposition, tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through solution options and best practices.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address technical queries and provide support throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams, including delivery, engineering, and product teams, to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to case studies, white papers, and technical blogs.

Post-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and transition from proposal to execution.
  • Provide input on project timelines, risks, and deliverables during the handover process.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP) are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or technical presales.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record of writing technical proposals and presenting solutions to clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components: virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and security.
  • Familiarity with modern IT frameworks such as DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
