TECEZE is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite backfill support across multiple UK locations.
You will handle EUC, desktop support, imaging, hardware/software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, network issues, and VIP support while coordinating with remote teams and OEM vendors to meet SLAs.
You will perform IMAC activities, manage IT assets, support printers and conference room tech, and document resolutions in the ITSM system.
