Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop (VDI) sites and tenants
- Support Citrix Cloud (DaaS, Performance & Security Analytics) and on-prem environments
- Operate and optimise Azure VDI and large-scale VDI/RDP deployments
- Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of Citrix components
- Execute application releases, platform changes, and BAU operations
- Provide L3 incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
- Implement automation and proactive monitoring to improve service reliability
- Support BCM/DR activities and comply with banking security standards
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and maintain operational documentation
Core Skills & Experience
- Strong enterprise experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud
- Expertise in VDI performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise desktop OS
- Experience in regulated / banking environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and operational support skills
