Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
Troubleshoot Windows OS , hardware, and software issues
Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
Deliver VIP / Executive support
Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards
Required Technical Skills
Microsoft 365 (M365)
ServiceNow
Basic networking knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems
AV solution support
Industrial scanner support
Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are highly preferred.
