Role Overview
The Field Support Engineer will provide
on-site IT support
at PVH\’s premium executive offices in
London
. This role requires
White-Glove service
, ensuring a
high-touch, professional, and discreet support experience
for executives, leadership, VIPs, and business users in a luxury corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site L2/L3 IT support for executives, VIP users, and corporate staff
- Provide white-glove support including professional communication, discretion, and user-first service
- Install, configure and troubleshoot:
- Laptops, desktops, docking stations
- Dual monitors, printers, scanners, peripherals
- Mobile devices (iOS / Android)
- Support Windows & macOS environments
- Manage and troubleshoot:
- Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
- VPN, Wi-Fi, wired networks
- Perform new user onboarding, workstation setup, desk moves, and VIP desk-side support
- Provide meeting room / conference room IT support
- Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and remote support teams
- Maintain asset records, ticket updates, and documentation
- Ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution for critical users
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in IT Field Support / Desktop Support / EUC
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 & macOS
- Hands-on with Office 365, Teams, Outlook
- Knowledge of network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Experience with MDM tools, device enrollment & imaging
- Basic printer, AV, and meeting room support
Service & Professional Skills
- Experience in VIP or White-Glove environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Calm and confident when dealing with executives
