Job Description:

A Drone Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing drone maintenance strategies, managing budgets, supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role also involves overseeing the inventory and procurement of drone parts and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for drones.
• Create and update maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure drone airworthiness and operational safety.
• Coordinate and oversee repair activities.
• Manage and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of parts, tools, and equipment.
• Utilize maintenance management software for reporting, tracking, and process optimization.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant experience: 4–5 years in maintenance management, preferably in drone operations or aerospace/engineering sectors.
• Education: Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong leadership, technical, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with drone technologies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
