Deployment Quantities:
- 144 Regular desks: 2 monitors mounted on arms per desk
- 4 Heads-down / touch-down spaces: 2 monitors mounted on arms per desk
- 7 Library desks: 1 monitor per desk
- Total desks: 155
- Total monitors: 303
Per-Desk Deliverables (for all 155 desks):
- Mount monitor(s) on the existing monitor arm(s) (VESA mount)
- Connect monitor(s) to the end-user device (PC/dock/laptop) using the appropriate video cables (HDMI/DP/USB-C as applicable)
- Install and connect:
- Webcam
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Perform cable management:
- Route all cables neatly
- Zip-tie cables to the monitor arms
- Basic functional testing:
- Power on the devices and check the display output on all monitors.
