We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) & Video Conferencing Installation Engineer to support our meeting room setup projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of MTR solutions, including hardware setup, cable management, and AV troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and video conferencing systems
- Configure and deploy MTR-compatible hardware (Poly, Logitech, HP conferencing systems, etc.)
- Mount TVs and conferencing displays, including bracket and structural wall assessments
- Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate infrastructure and identify hardware placement and cabling needs
- Handle AV cabling, device connections, and structured cable routing with clean management
- Troubleshoot AV and conferencing issues and ensure full system operability
- Collaborate with internal teams or third-party vendors during setup and integration phases
- Ensure all work is performed following health and safety and site-specific compliance standards
Required Skill Set:
- Proven experience in setting up Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and video conferencing systems
- Strong hands-on experience with conferencing hardware: Poly, Logitech, HP, etc.
- Proficiency in TV/display mounting and knowledge of bracket installation procedures
- Ability to assess wall integrity for safe and secure mounting of AV equipment
- Familiarity with AV infrastructure basics and troubleshooting skills
- Strong cable management and device installation capabilities
- Ability to read room layouts or site drawings is a plus
